Remember in a high traffic area, if no injuries, it is necessary to pull all vehicles out of traffic and wait for the police to arrive.
Before police arrive, get as much information from the other parties involved in the accident, such as name, address, phone numbers, their insurance company and policy numbers.
You will need your auto ID insurance proof, driver’s license, and registration to give to the police officer.
After police dismiss you from the accident scene, call our office at 615-790-0990. If after hours, see our list of phone numbers below to report your claim.
Property Damage to Your Home:
Theft – Notify the police. Make a list of stolen items along with their value. Call our office to report.
Fire & Smoke – Notify fire department if necessary. Call our office or the after hours numbers
listed below and our experts will guide you through this process. If your house is uninhabitable and you must stay in
a hotel, save all receipts.
Water damage – Move all possessions out of the affected area. Call our office as soon as possible so
we can get a professional extraction company to minimize the damage.
