COOK VEGETABLES AND DRAIN. MIX COOKED VEGETABLES, WATER CHESNUTS, CHEESE, ONION,AND MAYONNAISE.

PUT IN CASSEROLE DISH. MELT OLEO AND CRUSHED CRACKERS AND SPREAD ON

TOP OF VEGETABLES. BAKE AT 350 DEGREES FOR 20 MINUTES OR UNTIL BROWNED AND CHEESE IS MELTED.
I USE BROCCOLI, CAULIFLOWER, AND CARROTS, BUT USE WHATEVER YOU LIKE.
